Q. What should my MX record be set to?
A.
You shouldnt alter your MX record, but if you do then make sure it is set to your main domain name.
e.g. if your domain name was www.hereIam.com then your MX entry should be hereIam.com without anything else before it.
If you alter your MX record then please note that it could take a few hours to take effect as it has to propgate around our DNS servers and DNS servers around the world. This also applies if you change the MX record BACK to what it should be. Please be patient, we and you have no control over how long it takes to get spread around the world`s DNS servers.
