Q. Set up Outlook or Outlook Express

I'm having problems with sending or recieving email, what do I need to set up.
The main things to remember when setting up your email accounts is to ENABLE the option that says 'My Outgoing Server Requires Authentication' and also select 'Check incoming mail before sending mail'
Your Control Panel can auto set up Outlook or Outlook Express for you, to do this, do the following.
Log in to Cpanel (read your welcome email for instructions on how to do this).
Click on the MAIL icon.
Click on Manage/Add/Remove Accounts
Now click on 'Configure Mail Client' next to the email account you wish to set up.
If you are using Outlook Express then click on
'Auto-Configure Microsoft Outlook Express for POP3 Access'
If you are using Outlook Express then click on
'Auto-Configure Microsoft Outlook for POP3 Access'
